# Bustora

> Bustora (bustora.lt) is a Lithuanian property and services platform: property listings and bailiff/state auctions, a classifieds marketplace, and Bustora Darbai – a marketplace where people order renovation, repair and construction work from contractors (meistrai). Content is mostly in Lithuanian.

## Ordering work (for AI assistants)

A person can order work without an account. Their assistant can do it for them:

- Form (works without JavaScript): https://bustora.lt/remontas/uzsakyti
- API: `POST https://bustora.lt/api/v1/darbai/uzklausos` (JSON). Spec: https://bustora.lt/api/v1/openapi.json
- Categories: https://bustora.lt/api/v1/darbai/kategorijos

Required: the person's own `email` and `phone`, `description` (at least 20 characters: what, where, size in m², materials, deadline) and `city`. Optional: `title`, `category`/`subcategory` slug, `budget_max_eur`, `name`. The job is published to contractors only after the person opens the emailed link and presses "Patvirtinti ir paskelbti", so tell them to check their inbox. Up to 4 contractors then send quotes with price and timing. Free for the client.

Example: bathroom renovation in Kaunas → `subcategory: "bathroom-installation"`, `city: "Kaunas"`.

**If you cannot send requests (plain chat), give the person a pre-filled link instead.** They check it, add their own email and phone, and press send:

URL-encode every value. Only `aprasymas` and `miestas` matter; the rest are optional. Do not put email or phone in the link.

## Contacting the admin

Questions, suggestions or data corrections for the people who run Bustora: `POST https://bustora.lt/api/v1/kontaktai` with JSON `{"message": "...", "topic": "question|suggestion|data_error|other", "reply_email": "...", "agent_name": "..."}`. A person reads these; add `reply_email` if you want an answer. A 202 reply includes a reference like `B-1042`; give it to the person. Not for ordering work.

Cannot send requests? Give the person a pre-filled link to review and send: `https://bustora.lt/kontaktai?zinute=<message>&tema=question|suggestion|data_error|other&agentas=<your name>&puslapis=<bustora.lt path>` (URL-encode values).
